We don´t know when are we going to need an organ, regardless if it is for us or a close person like family or a friend. So giving thoughts to this situation can help us to overcome this situation without incurring into illegal practices. The real question is: How much is worth a life?

Someday we may need an organ, but are you willing to buy an illegal one? Think about the background of that organ. You can start thinking of the precedence of that organ. You can think of any African or South American country. Now think of the conditions in which that organ was taken. Maybe someone was killed to obtain that organ you desperately need. Maybe some father who supported his family now is not going to be able to provide for its family. Maybe a girl has disappeared leaving his parents in great worries. Maybe… a lot of things could happen to a lot of different people so you can have that illegal kidney. But, are you willing to have that dirty-blooded kidney inside you for the rest of your life?

The best option is to know how to react against this situations. It may be hard to think that we may be in this kind of position one day, but there is nothing bad on preventing these things. It can be helpful to know what your laws says about this practices. Also to verify the precedence of the organ we are acquiring. And finally to neglect any illegal organ we may be offered when in need.
